When do I need to reserve my rental items?

We always recommend that you reserve as soon as you know what you need, even if it is 8months ahead of time. We want to make sure you have what you need.

What do I need to have to make a reservation?

To make a reservation we will need a driver’s license/I.D., credit card # on file for backup, and 50% deposit down.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?

You do not have to pay with you card, it is just for security backup. You may pay with cash or check. If you choose to pay with your card, we do have to have the signature of the card owner. If you can not come in we do have a form we can fax or e-mail you with a copy of your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know there are always going to be changes and adjustments during your planning process. You are more than welcome to make changes as needed, however if you cancel anything within 7days of you reservation date you will loose your 50% deposit on those items.

When can I pick up?

For our weekend rentals you may pick up Friday and return on Monday for a one day charge. During the week you may pick up the day before you use them and return them the day after. We do offer extended rentals if need and price is based on the item (for this please contact us and we will be glad to give you a quote).

Do you offer delivery?

We do offer delivery. The cost is based on location. There are additional charges for after hour deliveries and pickups based on time and labor.

Do you setup the items when delivered?

We do offer set up for an addition labor charge.
Example: Tables-$1.00 and Chairs- $0.25.
Some items are automatically set up by our staff such as Tents, Staging, and dance floors.

Do I need to wash the dishes or linens before returning?

We will take care of all the cleaning for your items. We do ask that you shake out the linens and scrape or rinse the dishes when done.

What is Damage Waiver (D.W.)?

Damage Waiver is an additional 10% charge of the gross rental charge, to cover any repairable damages while in the renters possession or control.
EXCEPT: Damage due to the renters neglect, misuse or abuse of the equipment, (or) Any loss due to mysterious disappearance or theft, in which case the renter accepts full responsibility for repair or replacement cost.

How do I know what size tent I will need?

Our experienced staff will help you to find the right tent. . Tents can hold anywhere from 10 to a few thousand people. The tent size needed is different for everyone based on what is going to be put underneath. We have small tents just for food or dancing. If you are planning something larger come in and we can do a custom layout free of charge. We also offer on site tent surveys to make sure that the size needed will work for you and the location.
